Ins and Outs 1

Hey lovely ladies and gents. Today I am going to be doing my first ever "Ins and Outs." Basically, a post like this one is simply listing things I like right now and things I don't. I got this idea of AllthatGlitters21. She also has a blog and I thought her idea was wonderful. I hope she doesn't mind I am doing this too! Let's get right into this...

Ins:

1. Lots of Jewelry- Lately I have been piling on jewelry. I just haven't thought one bracelet was enough. I like wearing big jewelry because I think it can make even the plainest outfit pop. Now don't get me wrong, I am not walking out of the house covered with bulky jewels, but I have been adding a few extra pieces to my outfits lately.

2. Guitars- I love the sweet sound of an acoustic guitar. I happen to have a guitar that I bought at a thrift shop for $35, but I have no idea how to play it. I need to get my butt to lessons so I can play something for ya'll!

3. Lost- I have never been more in love with a tv show. I wish I was exaggerating, but I am not. I am completely obsessed with LOST. (My computer background is a LOST cast photo... I think I need help.) Every Tuesday at 9 I turn on abc and watch it with puppy dog eyes. I am hooked. There is no helping my Lost love. Sadly, the series is ending in only four, short episodes. What am I supposed to do when it's over?

4. Going to bed before 11- Seeing the clock read 11 before I go to sleep is such a comfort to me. I have horrible sleeping habits, and unfortunately 11 is early for me. I love getting a full 8 hours of sleep and that is only possible if I slip into my bed before the hand on the clock hits 11....

5. American Eagle Shorts- I have never been a big American Eagle fan, but ever since they released their summer line, I can't help but buy their adorable shorts. I have two pairs from there and they fit me perfect. (Usually shorts never fit me right.) The best part about the shorts is that they were only $20 a pair. With a twenty dollar price tag, the shorts can't do you wrong!

Outs:

1. School- Anyone else have a countdown to the end of this dreadful school year? I do. I need to have a countdown or I would be falling apart. I need to put on a bathing suit and jump into a refreshing pool; however, that beautiful picture in my mind can't happen until the school year ends... 32 days left. I don't think I can make it.

2. Girl Maintenance- I am soooooo sick of keeping up with being a girl. Why do us ladies have it so hard? I hate painting my nails every 6 days. I can't stand shaving every time I hop into the shower. I despise that time of the month. Men do not compare to women. END OF STORY!

That is all for my first ever "Ins and Outs." I hoped you enjoy this crazy little post! Leave a comment below and tell me what you have been loving or hating this month.

Best Mac Cosmetics Packaging?

Hey everyone!

Today I am going to be writing about pretty, Mac packaging. This subject came into my head when my dad brought me home a Liberty of London lipgloss. He had been on a trip to London and he thought it would be funny to bring me back something from this collection! I LOVE IT. Anyway, the packaging on the lipgloss was the first thing that caught my eye. It is extremely girly and fun, which is what I love about it. With the flowers and the birds, I just feel like I am running through a garden! Hahaha. I have not been shopping at Mac long enough to have an idea of what I think is the prettiest packaging, but I think Liberty of London tops the charts. I also think the Heatherette products were adorable. What collection packaging did you like the best? Leave your opinion in the comments below and describe the collection! Have a great day :)

Black Track Fluidline Review

Hey everyone! Today I am going to do a quick review on Mac's Blacktrack Fluidline because I was pleasantly surprised by how well it works. I have used it about 6 times since I bought it and every time I put it on the intensity stays all day. I have never used a gel liner that didn't fade after the first few hours, so I am impressed with how long it stays. Another great thing about this gel is a little goes a long way; therefore, the $15 price tag is worth it in the long run. Also, it glides on very easily, which I look for in a gel. I am still learning how to apply gel liners right and it helps to have a nice product that glides on without too much grab on my lid. Overall the Fluideline is a great product. I am really happy I gave it a shot!

All Cosmetic Wholesale Haul!

Hey everyone! Yes, I am doing another haul, but I haven't ordered makeup in a long time so that is my excuse! Like my last haul, this isn't too big, but I am satisfied! Here is everything!

Stilla Kitten- This is one of the most gorgeous colors I have ever tired.. Scratch that, the BEST COLOR I HAVE EVER TRIED. This puppy is so creamy and pigmented that it is almost unbearable. I love it soooo much. It is in this funky little pan because I didn't have anything else that would fit it. Let's just say it is huge.

Stars Makeup Haven Eyeshadows- I am beyond excited to try these shadows out. They all swatch beautifully and are as creamy as could be. I also bought the SMH palette which is a bit smaller than the Mac Palette, but just as sturdy. This palette has magnets, but the only thing it doesn't have is the name or the logo on it. Here are the 6 colors I bought along with their names.

Maybelline Eye Makeup Remover- This is the last product I bought and since it was so cheap I decided to give it a go. I really needed a new eye makeup remover. I hope this one works.

Mac and Lush Haul

Hey everyone! Today Sammy, my dad, and I went downtown to do some shopping. We only stopped at a few places, two of which were Mac and Lush. This is not at all a big haul, but I did pick up a few little things! I will start off with Mac first:

Blacktrack Fluideline - This is the only Mac product I bought today. It is a black gel liner and I can not wait to try it out.

Lush:
Naked Set- This was a small package of sample products that was arranged and ready to buy. You did not get to pick the stuff in the box, but that is okay! It was $20 for 6 samples so my sister and I split the cost. This is what the box looked like.

Sexy Peel Soap- This is a decent size soap and it is really citrusy!

Coal Face Solid Facial Soap- Sammy wants this one because it is apparently for oily skin. I guess she can have it...

Toner Tab- This is the cutest little thing! It is simply precious. We got the Vitamin C one and I am very excited to try this out. You have to drop it into a bowl of hot water and the let your face soak in the vapors.

Squeaky Green Solid Shampoo Bar- This thing is sooo squishy! It is the strangest texture ever, but I am excited to give it a shot.

Buffy Solid Body Butter- This is only 30g, but it looks amazing! I really want to give this a go because I have heard wonderful things about this product.

Therapy Message Bar- I have heard such awesome things about this product so I really happy it was a sample.

That is everything! It was small, but I am excited with the stuff I got. I think the Lush box would be good for any beginner. Maybe you can give it a shot too!

The Last Song

*THIS IS NOT A SPOILER :) I HAVEN'T SEEN IT YET EITHER!

Hey everyone! This blog post is going to be all about The Last Song! My friends and I are planning on seeing it tonight around 9:30! I am really excited, but I have heard it is super sad. I have a horrible problem with crying during movies. I am not the type of person who cries over everything in real life, but once a movie is on the screen there is no stopping the water works! I plan on bringing a box of tissues in my bag. I wish I was lying about this, but I am being completely serious! I cried during Finding Nemo... Anyway, I am not a huge, crazy, obsessed Miley Cyrus fan, but I also have nothing against her. I am excited to see how she handled her first big movie! Not to mention, I am anxious to see Liam :) I hope there is a shirtless scene! If anyone has seen it please feel free to comment below and tell me about it because I will read this post after I watch the movie! I want to know how you guys feel about it.

I am crossing my fingers for a shirtless Liam!

Easter Outfit!

First of all I would just like to say happy easter to you all! I hope you have a wonderful, family-filled day :) Instead of doing a YT video I decided to do a OOTD here, on my blog. There are lots of pictures below so you can see what I chose to wear! What did you wear this nice, sunny day?

I kept my outfit simple today, wearing a high-waisted skirt, an off the shoulder tee, a purple KVZ bag, and a nice cross necklace to add some bling!
The shoes I am wearing are just simple gladiators from Charlotte Russe. They are brown and don't have much detail, but they look nice with the outfit.
Here is another quick glance at my outfit without the bag!
This is my new Kathy Van Zeeland bag! I showed this on my BlogTV last night. It is big and fun. I love the distressed feel of it and also the pretty lilac color.
For my jewelry, I decided to go a little crazy! I am wearing two rings. The big flower one is from Free People and the small heart one is from Tiffany. Next, I am wearing a long cross necklace to help the shirt pop more. Lastly, I am wearing two bracelets. One is from LUCKY and it is a simple, purple band with a pendant on it. The other is a silver bangle with a nice quote on it.
I went simple with my hair by just twisting my bangs back and straightening the rest!

That is all for my outfit today! I gotta say I felt like Dulce Candy when I was taking these pictures! She is such a diva and I love her! Anyway, have a fabulous Easter!

Easter Eggs

Let me just start off by saying that hard boiled eggs are scrumptious! Some people only like the white part, but I love the white and the yellow! Haha, I guess you could say I am an egg lover. Today my sisters and I decided to make some hard boiled eggs and decorate them for Easter. After we boiled the ten eggs, we prepared stations in order to color them! My mom bought this mix that would turn our eggs gold, but that ended up backfiring so we just colored them regularly! We taped the eggs so that when we dipped them in colors only part of the egg would die! In the end, we had some really cute, patterned eggs. :) That is my Easter egg story! Now I have to go eat some more.
